Coming up with an excuse for violating the rules is nothing Celes is unfamiliar with. In the past she's gotten away with it due to a combo of having all around greater skill and badassery then anyone else in the agency. also the director of the agency thinks she is hot, though that has been known to cause her other sorts of trouble.

I have a feeling Hebbiko's going to be around pretty soon. Only a matter of time :P.

Still a few spelling/typographical errors that bug me a bit, but other than that, good page. The only other criticism I would make is that I'm a little confused as to the order I'm meant to read the dialogue in the last panel.

I'm concerned with that painting Matt's got on the wall.

Matt likes to think of himself as a man of wealth and taste, I'm not sure what that taste is, but it does taste like something of some sort!

In the last box, it should read "THAN THEY ARE" instead of "THEN THEY ARE". 'Then' is a time marker whereas 'than' is used to compare as your text would dictate. No big deal, but someone will spot it.
The fingers look good in the second last frame. Most people here tend to draw them looking more like sausages.

Maybe you could try writing your dialogue in Wordpad or some other program with a spell checker first, then copy and paste into Photoshop after? Although, spell checker won't help when you're just using the wrong word rather than misspelling one. Still, typing it up outside of the comic might help you spot such things easier.

Just a heads up, Celes' headband is missing in panel 2.

Well I'll be sitting in the shame corner for awhile for missing that. I'll add that to the list of stuff to fix before the print version gets made.
